I need an app that does following: 1) Installs custom emojis on android (I will provide the emojis) 2) All devices using this app can send these icons in chat (whatsapp/skype/sms or whatever possible) to other devices that have this app installed. Very simple, and need this done very quickly. (as soon as you can) Please provide me links to previous such apps you might have made. I will pay $80 for this. I also need this done for iphone for another $80 or so if you can do that, but if you cant, we will find another developer for iOS.
