Android application to merge google transit and Lyft ridesharing

Seeking an android app which will allow users to plan a trip using a combination of public transit (data accessed via google transit GTFS), walking, and Lyft ridesharing (similar to Uber, using the Lyft for developers function).
The app should display the trip in a visual map. It should route users to get as close as possible via public transit, and then arrange for a lyft car to meet them at the transit stop and take them to their final destination. It should always minimize the distance traveled on lyft by getting as close to a destination as possible via transit. It should be able to use a lyft to start a trip, end a trip, or both start and end a trip.
