Android mobile phone application

My budget is 40 pounds (fixed price) I am need of an excellent team member, who is willing to assist me with the creation of an Android application that will not require Wi-Fi connection. I would like to mention that the intended purpose of my application, which is called Panda, is to make recommendations about possible movies, songs and TV shows that I am likely to enjoy watching or listening. Specifically, I will need assistance with the development of the interface and the logo my app. As the application is for my own personal use, I am not that fussy about the logo. Regarding the interface, I will shortly describe the characteristics that the user interface should possess. First of all, I would like the interface to be simple enough for novice users but it should be efficient enough for expert users also. Secondly concerning the button size, I would prefer it if the buttons have average size. As I am right handed, I would like the primary application buttons to be placed at the bottom of the screen and the most used buttons to be placed at the bottom right corner. Additionally, as the user interface will require motion for selecting a list, it would ideally possess circular flows with a pivot point at the bottom right of the screen. Finally, ideally the total number of touchable UI elements should be less than ten per view. In the first screen of the application, it will ask the user a user to create a profile. Once the user has logged on, he will be asked to select from the following three choices that appear on the second screen, which are Movies, TV Shows and Songs. If the user chooses Movies, then three options will appear in a form of a list, which are Most popular, Most recent and Genres. In a similar manner the same concept should apply to TV Shows and Songs (See [login to view URL]). I have also provided a sketch in order to assist in the designing of the application and to provide an idea of how the logo should look. So basically, I would like a database to be created that only consists of English and American Movies, TV Shows and Songs. Thus, my idea originates from [login to view URL] and Soundcloud but I do not require a connection with any of these websites. Once the user has selected a few Movies, the application will recommend some Movies to the user that he has not previously selected but he is likely to enjoy watching. The recommended Movie should contain a photo from a scene from the movie, a description of the scenario and the actors’ names.
