App to connect users morally from a survey to play a word game I've created.

I need an app called Planet Advivon designed and developed. This app will be the ticket to accessing another earth like planet in order to survive and thrive. You will be able to pick which of your current friends you would take with you as well as pick from a suggested list of people based on similar opinions. After filling out a series of questions candidates will be able to apply for a passport. Their answers will then be uploaded into a database and sorted based on the number 1- 10 that they gave. The questions will be from a series of 4 - 5 categories to aid in filtering. Once they have been deemed human and their answers have been input then they will receive their passport. They will then choose a user icon. These will be circles divided up into 4 sections via vertical, diagonal, and horizontal stripes that users can pick a color to go in each. I’d like all their data to be linked to their facebook in order to find friends with the app or strangers that would think similarly, but their names not shown in anyway just this user icon, planet advivon name, password. This is the first part of the app which is basically a survey that connects people with similar answers from a variety of 4-5 categories. The second part is to have people be able to play this word game I made with other people around the world that have similar views on things. I’d also need a computer to be able to randomly come up with words incase there isn’t enough users ready to play at that moment. Because people can choose whether to play with other 2-10 players sometimes they won’t be able to be human. For the beginning there will be no need to have a chat interaction or any other games. This game should be simple to design as long as we can connect it to the data collected.
