Beacons app, notifications/proximity single and multiple

Hello I have gone through your requirement and interested working with same. We already worked on Beacons app one of the client. we had completed whole app but testing time we didnt get the beacons so client hold that one app. So here issue only beacons . to developed the app is not big thing to us. we will do it because already worked on that. Hope you understand . lets can we talk to technical things? Thanks
