Converting an existing Windows Phone 8.1 app to an iOS app.

I would like for someone to port an existing, natively written c# Windows Phone 8.1 app I have made to iOS. The app UI is made with XAML, which will need to be ported over as well.

The code is not complex itself (nothing more than 1 or two parameters being passed, except on the scoreboard), but it is lengthy due to copy/pasting things. Honestly, I wish I had written the code better, but was learning c# as I went. It's thankfully not spaghetti code, but you'll be able to tell I could've improved on a lot.

The app utilizes the following: a ton of animations, sound effects, touch events, gyroscope functionality, and a few third party libraries for a scoreboard, color picker, and an ad revolver. These third party libraries exist for other platforms as well, although one is currently outdated but still available.

I set the budget as a "small project", but will definitely pay more for a very polished, strenuously tested, and complete product. I will keep open communication and provide any help as needed.

To clarify what I mean with one or two parameters, I mean: per function there is at most one or two parameters being passed at most. A lot of these functions are basic:

Some functions deal with dispatch timers running on the UI thread, and some functions deal with temp timers running on another thread.
