Essentially the app will allow a panorama view (of the outside of a hour) or a virtual tour through a house
As you go through rooms, you can change things such as: (1) eliminating or adding walls, (2) change cabinet colors (or wall colors for that matter, (3) adding + eliminating baths + sinks, (4) adding lighting, (5) utility equipment (refrigerators, washer/dryers, etc.) , and (6) stairs
The essential thing is to see how different material will look on the house (paint, tiling, flooring) rather than specific looks of furniture
I'm sure at the minimum, it will include user profiles to store changes and work spaces (i.e., house templates), and chatting with the service providers
