Custom javascript mobile app functionality

I am looking to have a app page with the camera button wherein when the capture button is clicked , the device camera is activated and an image clicked and shown in the canvas / container and the option to share is given under it. I believe that the integration could be done using the cordova plugins.
The app is built on the appengine platform which gives an option of adding custom javascript for each app page.
Let me know if you are interested. Its an urgent requirement, if possible in the next 12 hours.
