I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built.

The functionality is and EMF Detector.

Its a work of an uncommon featurw of the mobile devices which measures the Eloctro Magnetic Field of the place where the mobile is present.

Please get some knowledge about this functionality and then bid. Have already lost time and money due to lack of knowledge by the previous developer.

I just have the design, application has to be built from scratch.

You can get examples from appstore already available.
