Write an iPhone and Android Application

Requirement Mobile app on both android and IOS Problem Statement People see some issue on the road (pipes broken) and contact company by phone call or [login to view URL] send their staff to fix the issues. So this application will be for the company staff to handle the process fast and make interaction of staff easily. Process In the process there are three roles (Admin, Supervisor and Technician). 1. Admin got call from peopleand make ticket in the application about the issue with some form fields and comment ( they already have vb app and mssql) so admin will fill that info in vb app, then he will press send. This will notify the Technician that a new ticket created with all info that admin inserted it, then Technician have to visit that place. 2. Technician will visit the place, take multiple pics, coordinates of the location and fill some form fields and also some comments and save button, that will insert all these info into mssql in the server and will send one integer value to notify the vb app that the technician replied. Next admin will complete some paper permission (outside the app) and fill some other info in the vb app then he will press send again, that new info with old info will send to supervisor and notify him that there is new request and Technician visited the issue and write his comments etc. 3. Supervisor will revisit the place and check the issue and fill form fields and write hiscomments and he will press send. Then it should be notified to Admin (in vb app) that Supervisor done his work by visiting the place and make comments etc. 4. Admin will approval/reject the ticket if work need to do on this issue or not. 5. After that Admin will fill another form (in vb app) contains team leader ID then he will press send, that will notify the team leader in his mobile that there is new request and he will see all info related to that which filled before and stored in mssql in the server, team leader will go to the place and fill some info like (photo before and after, work start date, work end date etc.) 6. After teamleader finish he will press send, that will send info from mobile app to mssql, in some case the road maybe need Asphalt or pavement, so team leader will write that in the comment or check boxes when he send that he finish his work and info related to him. 7. Admin will receive notify that team leader reply he will close the ticket if there is no extra requirements, if road need to asphalt or something like that he will fill another form and press send, that will notify the other team for asphalt, their leader will take the team and fix the asphalt or whatever, then he will fill the form related to him in the mobile app, these info will send to the mssql and admin will receive notify that he replied, after that he will close the ticket. Other Functions • Company have its own server with static ip and VB application hosted there with mssql server. • Mobile apps will insert into mssql and read info from mssql in the server, and we will not touch the vb app, their vb app will use our info that we will insert from mobile apps, so we will just read and write from MSSQL using mobile apps. • Notification like push notification (like whatsApp, or sms). • To notify VB app that the employee reply from his mobile app, we will just send one integer number to one field in db and vb will read that number and notify the admin in vb app. • The application will be protected and only can be used by company staff by using login system with roles will be created by admin. So whole user management system also include with roles and rights.
