Create a iOS (React Native) app with following high level capabilities > Ability to login using Facebook > Create an app account using email & password > loading screen, first-time intro screen > ability to create geofenced chat/feed rooms > ability to select and view chat/feed room from a list of available rooms based on user's location > ability to post to feeds with location, text and images > ability to view feed of posts sorted by time or popularity > ability to view post locations within a geofence on a map > ability to view a single post location on a map > ability to view post details > ability to comment on a specific post (like a thread) > ability to upvote a post > ability to view and edit profile > profile information includes screen name, email , password, location preference > option to choose per post if they want to share/not-share location for that post > User is able to input feedback in the lobby(view of all rooms available for that user location) > users are able to view detailed information about that room (description, geo fenced map, name) > ability for users to create a new room (description, geo fenced map with a predefined radius, name of the room). This created room is available for all users in that geo-fenced location > backed implementation to support this functionality including storing and retreiving messages/feeds.
