complete the design of an apk not completed by an freelancer

I need design like gmail apk, the design is already done and implemented but i need that photo scroll with slide menu, and organise menu by categories exactly like gamil apk, and add option menu in top right bar. and organise navigation betwen pages and delete somes pages, and modify style. its very simple work that need small time, and already started by an developer but not completed. the source code i can send to you when you want because its more than 21 MBs so cant upload it to freelancer.com.
