A forurm for a social network

I need to complete my social network. language/db: asp.net/mssql When I create a group there is page witn all information about it. In this page for example I can choose other related groups or inform some usefull links. But it is necessary more 2 things: 1. a tool to uploead files for the members. 2. a forum to the the discussion group, that is the same that for the other types of the groups all layout is done. Is is necessary the code, put the pages en ccs and make it work in the server withe mssql
