C#.NET project

We need someone familiar with VStudio 2010, and using WPF in C# instead of windows forms. We need functionalities similar to this program: [login to view URL] To be more specific we need a 1 to 1 mapping with the modules section: 1- clean up and repair 2- optimize & improve 3- privacy & security 4- Files & folders (This is done already) 5- System Tools The selected freelancer should implement the functionality + a similar user interface in WPF. This is an urgent project and we expect a work rate that manages to complete at least 1 module per day. We pay you per completed module (functionality + GUI). We pay a maximum of 50$ per module .. If you finish in less than 1 day, you get a bonus. Please do NOT bid if you haven't checked the above software (write the word bordois in your bid).
