Hello to all Freelancers looking at this project,
I'm a representative of an online gaming company, I would like to present the project that we need to be done.
My company is seeking programmers to make for us an automated e-shop. Please see [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] for reference.
The site works like that :
a) client chooses a product or products
b) client inputs his valid email address / phone number / country
c) client chooses a payment gateway ([url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] )
d) client is redirected to make the payment at the gateway he/she chose
e) after payment will be confirmed by the payment gateway the site will automaticly send out the product (in form of e-mail - screenshot and text form)
this is how it works.
News box (always on one side of the site)
Front-end we require :
1) Buy Now (Kup Teraz)

- pay for [url removed, login to view] Auction
(ebay auction / allegro auction) - The auction number and price of each auction and product can be defined in the system by a worker or if thats possible the system should search define it by itself.

+ shopping cart - by pressing on a name of a category a list of products should show up with the products and price
+ shopping cart - by pressing on a name of a product in a category a list more detailed information about the product should show up and under it a whole list of products in this category with price, and how much "site points" will You get by buying this product
If the product is out of stock - the site should still be able to proceed with the payment but in this case the product will be sent out after the products have been added, for eg. there are 30 products in the system, and there are 35 payments, the last 5 customers should recieve the product the same momentthe product has been added to the system

2) Site Points (Punkty Rabatowe)
Each time a person makes a purchase (only via the site - not for the auctions) will recieve extra Site Points. These Site Points will be able to exchange for the products that are beeing offered on the site - for eg. buy Age of Conan prepaid - site price is 74 PLN - extra points 7,4 (1 PLN is 0,1 point), later on a customer can exchange for eg. 100 points for a product from the site (also made automatic)
The client after logging in his/her account will be able to check how many points he has and if he has enough points to buy a product he wants for it he will be able to exchange them
On the other hand, the site will offer to sell the Site Points - means that for eg. a product costs 100 Site Points, and a customer only has 70 Site Points, he will be able to buy the remaining 30 Site Points from the site (automated payment) and exchange it later for the product.
3) My Account (Moje Konto)
after the first transaction (when the item is fully paid) the system should automaticly create an account for a customer based on details that a client provided -
- login = email
- password = should be created by the system and sent with login details to the email address
- phone number
- country
In addition, a customer can see the history of transactions, change password, edit or add more private details (Name / Last name / MSN / SKYPE / ICQ / Home address / Postal / City / Country / Phone number / ebay ID / allegro id / paypal address etc. )

- Sent / not Sent / Send again / Product Invalid
- Date of purchase
- Ebay / Allegro / Site Purchase
- Edit these info
C) Users
- Edit/View all form of user details, add/delete site points, history etc etc
- upload a list of 2000 email's and create accounts for them automaticly and send a confirmation email
D) Currency - define the exchange rate
E) Stats
- how many codes sold
- how many codes are left in stock
- each month / day / year stats
- Value of sales
- Number of Sales of each code
F) Mailing - send out a Mail to users
