Fully fledged, Windows desktop based accounting software being developed in C# with DevExpress v10 Winforms Libraries. The project is 25 - 30% completed and needs finishing by end Apr 2013. I am looking for a small team of developers that have good experience of using DevExpress Winforms and sound knowledge of accounting systems / procedures. The project will need to be upgraded to DevExpress v12 and require some changes to its basic design. This is a BIG project with a budget of $10,000 and I don't want time wasters. Poor / inappropriate bids will just be ignored. Serious bidders, please make a considered proposal with details of resources that you will be deploying and the likely time scale for completion.
