Control Centre Program - MUST work directly with programmer!

I am looking for a control centre program that does a combination of things.

The program will consist of multiple windows.

Within each window, I can switch between a "command prompt" screen (for issuing telnet commands) and a GUI window (for http commands)

When in the "command prompt" screen, I can maximise the window to take up the full screen, or minimize back to the window.

Potentially, I could have 16 windows open in the program, with each window having telnet connectivity to a different device.

When viewing the "GUI" window, I will first be presented with form fields to fill out:

IP address

Username

Password

Once I have provided the details, and clicked the "Submit" button, the "GUI" window, will show a specific part of the web interface of the device the program has connected to.

In the associated "command prompt" screen for that particular GUI window, it should determine the system type and system name. By determining the system type, it will also know what "command set" to use (command sets differ slightly based on system type) - It can then retrieve jpeg images via html, and resize the jpeg, and place into the GUI window.

The username and password info in the GUI, is then also used in parallel to also establish a telnet session with the device.

A GUI button interface will now be used to control the image retrieved, and by pressing the buttons on screen it is sending telnet commands for each button press. It also retrieves current system status from the device.

Finally the program needs to be packaged as an executable that allows us to sell the program based on either individual or corporate licences. We therefore need a process for generating encrypted serial keys for those purchasing the program, with some form of anti-theft/anti-pirating program.

The program should have the ability to be available for a 14-day free trial, where the customer can purchase at the end of the trial.

I MUST work very closely with the programmer on this software as I will have to provide the required code for them, and will need to be able to test with them. This project WILL NOT work with an outsourcer, as I must be working directly with the programmer. I will provide further details when I have selected a programmer.
