Design work needed for .net site - URGENT - DEFINITE WINNER

We need design work to be done on a ASP.NET (C#) based website. This project has NOT been posted on any other site. There will definitely be a project winner. This is a very small website, but for a very important project. Max number of web pages are 20, all using one or two common Master pages. Things you should be very good at: creating CSS files creating styles for controls (including telerik controls) on web pages being able to make the site look pretty creating a really neat design (for the master pages) Things you should be good at: provide suggestions in terms of changes needed to improve performance develop functionality using jquery/javascript where needed understanding ASP.NET (C#) web pages, master pages & .net controls, and how they are developed Important criteria: Speed Accuracy Availability Dedication This is a one 3-4 day project, meaning we start once a winner has been determined. First release of project will be done on Friday, midnight. That's why you should be able to dedicate yourself to this project and be available till the release.
