Bot creator needed: URGENT

Need a coder who is experienced in making bots to automate things. Requirements: Should have experience in coding [login to view URL] needed should be able to do folling functions: Server authentication using mac address for the bot. Ability to rotate through proxy list provided by user. Ability to emulate multiple browsers (user-agents) at same time so that multiple accounts can be logged into at same time on same site. Data scraping and posting. Form Submitting. Multi-threading. Price will vary according to project and i need a few bots made.
