C# .NET MSSQL DICOM webapp integr, well paid project

We are looking for a programmer skilled in C# and .NET to work on a project which involves expanding on an existing code base we are working with. We have an existing code base that has a somewhat complex, expandible, with a plug-in compatible architecture, that we are working on expanding the functionality of. The software, which is a locally installed desktop application, also will need to interface with a web server application, so experience with ways of achieving that is also needed . The software is a viewer for DICOM images, familiarity with DICOM would be a big plus, but not mandatory. The software uses microsoft SQL CE database locally. If you can commit 30-40 hours a week of dedicated time on this project, which will be well compensated, please contact us and we can provide further details and access to the source code base for your review. We will ask for your proposal as to an hourly rate to cover work, we anticipate initially 30-40 hours a week for 2-3 months, and possible more or even a long-term or permanent position growing out of this project.
