A tour operator Invoicing database needs to be developed. It includes possible auto entry of records from Web request (XML/CSV File) to create a new invoice, follow the invoice flow and send automated e-mails to the vendors / customers at agreed set of rules. Also calculate and post the price of various tours on the website as well as use the same prices in the invoicing system. Some minor reporting like monthly / yearly statistics need to be generated. Pricing for the database is to be discussed.
