AJAX Programming for custom WordPress Plugin

We have an ongoing programming need in the WordPress environment. This requires expert proficiency in coding in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Ajax, CSS and HTML. We have several projects in progress and are seeking expert WordPress coders. We need expert programmer(s) who are experienced and efficient coders, speaks and writes clear English, have excellent communication skills, can quickly grasp abstract concepts, and are available for ongoing work in the future. Must be able to analyze and quickly jump into on-going Legacy PHP code, develop and analyze complex algorithms. We have an ongoing need for the following: 1) Ongoing Custom WordPress Plugin Development 2) Converting current custom Plugin functionality into Ajax and Javascript The work for hire is for building/modifying our in-house custom WordPress Plugin to be “Ajax-enabled” in two places. 1. Enable Ajax in the Front-End The current plugin has a “multi-page process” in the front-end (not the Dashboard) that the users click on a “Next” button to go to the next page. Currently, the entire page refreshes to load the contents of the next page. The work request is to “Ajax-enable” this process such that when the user clicks on the “Next” or “Previous” button, an Ajax post is sent and only the “content” portion of the screen is refreshed with the content of the next/previous page. Please see screen shot #1. We already have the code that processes the POST submissions, so the Ajax code that you provide needs only to hook into those functions. 2. Enable Ajax in the Dashboard and stylize (CSS) the input field and text on this page The current plugin has a “multi-step process” in the Dashboard that the users must complete. All the steps are displayed on the same page, but each step is a separate “form”. When the form is submitted, the entire page refreshes. The work request is to “Ajax-enable” this process such that when the user completes each form and clicks on submit, an Ajax post is sent and only that portion of the screen where the form was is refreshed to reflect the data sent. Please see screen shot #2. Stylizing the input field and text means to apply a nice looking CSS so that the input fields look "Web 2.0"ish. We will provide further screenshots as an example. The delivered code should be well documented, modular and highly reusable. It should be easily modifiable so that the same code can be easily used in other places in the plugin development.
