Changes in a Taxi

[login to view URL]~taxispan/manage/ The klast programmer did not finish the project well, so: This is a system for taxi management trips. One user (of1 123456) receive a phone call from a client, register or look up for personal details from the id, then he send it to a dispacher (despacha 123456), the dispacher assign a taxi and change estatus of the request/trip, also there is a company user (lan 123456) who can see reports and can request a taxi online, also can assign departments, also add a user (sub 123456) who can do the same as him, but just is particular departments. the bugs left are the folowings: 1. user: of1 p:123456, in [login to view URL]~taxispan/manage/[login to view URL] there is the list of requests, when you go to edit one (clic twice), the data and fields, are not showing whell, instead of destination1 for example, the drop list show select, i would like to show saved data and reflect in fields the same. 2. user: lan p:123456 [login to view URL]~taxispan/manage/[login to view URL] when you add one here, if you dont lookup for an id and save, it should validate and ask for the id obligatory, it needs to be validated. 3. in all users, the form, there should be a validation in the time hour: please validate the hour so if i request a PAST time, it wont let you 4. Rank page : [login to view URL]~taxispan/manage/[login to view URL] it should reflect the rank in [login to view URL]~taxispan/manage/[login to view URL] in the the field "Empresa de Taxis:" where it reqads promedio de evaluaciones, the way to show it showuld be avarage formula 5. there is some items that wont save rate, please make save possible, and refresh page after save. Please let me know how much is that consifdering that the real project was much more then this. I HAVE ANOTHER PROJECT AFTER THIS SO PLEASE LETS TRY TO FINISH THESE BUGS.
