Add Chart of Accounts to the customers database script under the General Journal section. The Chart of Accounts should only be the main categories such as:

Asset

Liability

Equity

Revenue

Cost of Goods Sold

Expense

Other Revenue

Other Expense

For example,

Inventory purchased in the company for $5,000 will be added to Assets account.

Advertising is an Expense.

Money from sales is Revenue.

You can add those categories below Debit and Credit when entering a new General Journal entry.
