We require a rewrite of an existing MIS system written in FileMaker Pro. Before any work can commence we require you to sign an NDA and agree to a full hand over of all code. We will provide you with a copy of our system and we require that software returned along with any documentation. Applicants Ideal will be an individual, based in London and able to work in our office at times during this project. In terms of skills, although not important, if FileMaker is a skill then, preference will be given as this will speed/aid development. The brief is simple 1 Take Existing software and learn/understand its functionality - You have 2 days to achieve this 2 Create a prototype prove understanding using PHP, Ajax and MySQL - You have 2.5 days to do this 3 Demonstrate solution's concept to prove understanding .5 to demo and fix or add what is missing that is essential Methodology This is rapid development so we expect the incumbent to learn, understand and deliver a working POC in 1 week. We will not pay until we receive the working prototype and that clearly demonstrates the core functionality of the system. On delivery we ill pay £500.00 Full delivery We will then commission you to deliver the system within 20 working days. This system is to be beta with an agreed process for User Acceptance Testing. We will pay £3000.00 for this delivery Testing will involve 1 Feature capture 2 Bug testing 3 Functionality check and approval 4 Function test and approval 5 User interface 6 User help files 7 User manual 8 Sign off based on the above set up. Hand over and commenting of all source code On hand over we will pay £1000.00 On going We will set up a support agreement and will pay £1500.00 pa for unlimited Telephone support, bug fixing and agreed fixes to system based on discovery of issues only seen in full use. Additional development The client also requires an Email module to be built so that we can exact an automatic process to deliver lists of email addresses into an email marketing suit. Process 1 Promotion set and named 2 Find subscribed users having set a target of X 3 Show all email addresses and give count + or - on target list 4 Buy in new list - Place order - Show cost from supplier - Receive list, Show date and delivery - Import list - Show duplicates - Remove duplicates - Report on duplicates - Calculate new total +/- 5 Export list into Email marketing suit and record export date and by whom On delivery of this module we will pay £500.00 On implementation and sign off we will pay £250.00
