Hello Sir, I can help you with this project. It looks kind of difficult, but it's totally doable. PHP has it's limitations when dealing with PDF files, but we can find a way to do it. You should know that, in some cases, there might be limitations about the hosting provider, since we might need some advanced libraries for this project, that might not run on every provider. I would need some clarifications on the specs before committing to a time schedule, but I think this project can be done in 1-3 months, depending on the detailed specs.
