ASP.NET Login via Active Directory

I need a Login page, preferably in ASP.NET, which will authenticate to Active Directory. The catch is that I will be setting up new users with Temporary passwords. Their user account will be set to ‘User must change password at next logon’ and the password will also need to be changed every thirty days so I will also need pages for them to change their passwords in Active Directory. There needs to be at least a 5 days warning before their password expires. They will need to be able to login even though their password expires, but only allowed to change their password. I will need to be able to change the LDAP info, so this cannot be hard coded in a DLL. Once authenticated, I will need to be able to also change which page the user will be redirected to. I am trying to accomplish this for less than $300. This server is participating in an Active Directory domain hosted on Windows Server 2003 running in Mixed Mode.
