ASP.Net MVC 3 Framework and control

We request quotations to provide the framework for an MVC website. The website allows users to search for goods to purchase by location. We also require the first and main control of this website, a search box similar to Google's auto-complete search box. As the user types in a search term a set of results will be shown. A user will search a list of items which will be auto-completed as the user types. The control will also search a list of alternative names, for instance, in Spanish. The search will look in both the main list and the alternative list and return results. There is only one alternative list to search. [![Search Control][1]][2] The searches returning from the main list of terms will be show in black. The alternative results will mix in with the main results but be shown in blue and square brackets. The brackets may not make the final design and should not be a priority. Technology ASP.Net MVC 3 nHibernate or EntityFramework 4 C# SQL Server 2008 The site should be built on at least an ASP.Net MVC 3 framework. We require an extensible framework that supports the data layer, entity mapping, dto's, transactions, rollback, validation, error handling and unit testing. This is a significant structure of the website as it provides a significant portion of the methodology of the website. In reality we expect the framework to have been developed, refined and tested on previous projects. Successful completion of this phase will likely lead to additional work.
