Admin - Console (Wordpress)

I am working on a Job Management app using VB 2008. I need a online version incorporated into my site. Here is a general outline of what I need. The site is a wordpress site. I will need a mysql database set up on my site. I need to be able to see / control all contractors and all of their jobs from within my wordpress admin dashboard. I am not sure if I should incorporate this into my wordpress site dashboard or have it constructed on separate php/asp pages…. I would like for all the data to be refreshable without a page reload. Here is a description of the process needed: 1. A new customer in boston fills out the contact form on my site and submits it. 2. I receive the email and assign it to the contractor responsible for that city and county in boston. 3. The contractor recieves a email notifying him of the new job. 4. The contractor signs in to his website and there is a new job waiting for him. 5. He then checks a box stating that he received the new lead (customer). 6. After he contacts the client he can go back to the site and check another box stating that he called and left a message or set a appointment etc… I have contractors in 30 plus cities ranging from Nashville to Boston. Here is the database table hierarchy: 1. All ??" shows all, sortable 2. state ??" 3. city 4. zone ??" this will be broken down by counties. 5. campaign ??" I will assign the campaign based on for example a “Adwords?? campaign that lasts a few days… 6. contractor ??" this table contains contractors data, Company name, contact info (email), 7. customers 8. jobs 9. job events - Date of event, disposition, job status… New contractors sign up for a membership; after the membership is approved the new member receives a username and password. When they securely log in they go to their admin dashboard. read attached file for more description

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
