Automated Flash System

Note to all bidders: This project is very serious and a price can be negotiated; however do not bid if you are not able to implement this system. Thank You all in advance. As can be inferred from this title, this system is an automated flash system. **Project Guidelines:** It should be created in Flash MX or MX 2004. It must be written in properly commented actionscript. The actionscript code must be effiecient and as concise as possible. **Project Requirements: **Ability for users (who are authenticated by asp) to upload images, movies, sounds, text. These images, movies, and sounds should all be editable (they must have a title provided by the user) Users must be able to control the order in which these objects enter the scene. The objects can simply appear on the scene, or can appear with some type of transition effect such as a fade. Motion effects such as spins, stretches, bounces, morphs must also be availible. Do not worry about the interface and how it looks, rather the functionality. The flash file should have the ability to save all objects on the scene into the sql database, so that users may edit that scene at a later date. At a certain point in time the project will be moved off the web and will be run locally on a client pc, therefore we require this flash file to adapt and to run identically on a non-server non-web based environment, from an XML file, which is generated by the database. This should be factored in as well. (Perhaps a boolean operator to determine if we are in web mode, or xml mode) XML mode should not permit users to edit anything, but rather to display what was created at an earlier point in time. The same feature should also be availible on the web. Final static client based swf file w/xml should be a collection of all the users on the site. ## Deliverables **Quick Breakdown: **Upload Music Update Music Remove Music X amount of pictures Upload Picture Update Pictures Remove Pictures Resize Pictures Ability to set a picture as a background picture X amount of videos Upload Video Update Video Remove Video Play only a select part of the video (i.e. from 5seconds to 13) Unlimited amount of text objects Add Text Remove Text Modify Text (Color, Size, Boldness, Style) Ability to modify timeline for this scene. Assign effects to any and/or all objects on the scene (such as entering the scene and leaving it) Ability to animate text with effects such as fades, twists, spins, blow ups, snakes, blow ins, fade ins, fade outs. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Environment: **ASP (Active Server Pages) with SQL Server 2000 on Windows 2000 machine. Static file w/xml which is generated at a later date, is to be compatible with both windows and macintosh.
