Automatic Creation of Hosting Plans through PLESK RPC API

Our company offers hosting services. Whenever a client requests this service, our executives have to manually log on to a PLESK server, create a client account along with the requested domains, and send an email to the client with the plesk account information. We need to add functionallity in our back-office website to take advantage of PLESK's RPC API, so that the process normally done by our executives is accomplished automatically, at the push of a button. We need a coder experienced in Pkesk's RPC API, ideally with his/her own plesk server to do testing.
