We are needing a developer to source & implement a Conference Call booking module with the ability to customise it later on. This project is purely to source and implement. There is NO customisation needed. Another project bid if needed will be issued to customise the module. Project needs implementing on a live and dev server. If there is more than one module that would suit our needs the developer as part of this project would create a cross analysis report of the options showing key fuctionality of the modules so we can compare the functionality. If we could be allowed to use a demo of the software before purchasing that would be awesome --- the minimum we would need as part of he cross analysis would be to be provided with is screenshots of the module. The project also involves user training of the module functionality as well as the BACK end admin/configuration details of one person via Skype / IM phone call of upto 3 hrs. Key Needs for Module: > PHP or ASP/ASP.Net > Source code provided > Customisable > Run off MS or MY SQL DB's > Can run on IIS server or Unix based > willing to pay some $ to 3-rd Party but must be less than $US 200. > If we need to purchase the module we will pay for this and pass the code to the developer for installation. > Must have a full admin backend so we can manage and schedule > We need to use the module to book spaces on teleconferences held on regular basis in different time zones. > The module must allow members of the public to register and sign up > The module needs to send out confirmation emails after registration with all the call details (eg time, dial codes, access codes etc - as a minimum a free text field could be used to do this if the module does not do it in a smarter way) > Conference call email reminders would be really awesome to have > A calender of upcoming events would be awesome to have. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
