Building Community Web site design

The web site is simple and supposed to promote specific building community. Almost similar to Building Manager which is at: <[login to view URL]> You can login as admin/admin or test at [login to view URL] with password test. The menu item should contain the following items: <b>Home</b>: Will be very similar to Building Manager Home page. Building Picture in the left and a text summary that I will supply to you. <b>News</b>: Will be very similar to Building Manager News page. For phase I is a text news. I will supply you the text. <b>Community</b>: Is a set of bookmark links to describe more the community. Text will be supplied by me. There needs to have a placeholder for the image next to each paragraph. Almost similar to: <[login to view URL]> which the href link is on top and text is in bottom, expect each content should have a place holder for image <b>Features</b>: Is a set of bookmark links to describe more the building features. Text will be supplied by me. There needs to have a placeholder for the image next to each paragraph. This is again similar to Community page. <b>Message Board</b>: Is nothing except a link to the message board site (which is outside of the site and supplied by other company) <b>Event Scheduler</b>: Is a link to the Event Scheduler site (which is outside of the site and supplied by other company) <b>HOA</b>: Will be very similar to Building Manager Home page. Building Picture in the left and a href link in the right side. Href link load a new page containing the HOA document. <b>Contact us</b>: Will be very similar to Building Manager Contact page. ## Deliverables Menu items: I would like to use text in the menu and not the image. I should be able to change menu text, add menu item or remove menu item easily. I should be able to add more page (by adding more menu item) to the system easily. Sample menu text item that you can use is [[login to view URL]][1]. Sequence of the menu item is the same sequence as described in above. Stylesheet: All pages looking field should be the same. Left, right, top align should be the same. The footer contain Building site address. (Just like Building manager). Header and alignment will be consistent throughout the whole site. When the menu item is clicked the menu item color should be changed. The header text in all pages should be consistent and again I would like to use text and not image so that I can change and add later on. System Design: The system should be designed in the way that we can easily expand it in the future. All pages left top alignment should be consistent just like Building manager. Either I will send you the text for each pages or I do it myself. You should use stylesheet for formatting, etc. The site logo could be some building similar to building manager or as alternative you can also submit an alternative one like: <[login to view URL]> . As you see the web site is very simple. The important part is it should be attractive as the same time. For each page you should know where you are by changing the menu text and header text. I need one week time after your last update to see if anything is missing. More work will come if this is successful. I don't need much resume. Sample work close to the one will be helpful to select one bid. If you can show some prototyping that would be A plus. I need to load it in Shared Web Hosting. If I can't upload the files or I find error you need to load it completely. ## Platform Windows 2000 server. IIS server. IE explorer or Netscape browser.
