Cash back/rewards site

We want to create a cash back site similar to www.quidco.co.uk. Functionality will need to include the back-end processing associated with typical cashback sites such as: - complete an affiliate offer with system recognising when offer has been completed and crediting the members account - ability to track the click through and logging data associated with the click through - ability to log and manage support requests from members Further functionality will be required for phase 2 of the project. Bids are only invited from providers who have already developed similar sites. Please indicate example sites. Contact will be via PMB to get a detailed understanding of your offering/capabilities.
