One of our websites is written in Classic ASP. It has been running for 5 years with an active user base of over 100,000 members. It's time to do some more updates. This bid request is the first of many regarding this ASP work. The system allows members to send SMS messages to each other. We need to update the system to allow certain people to maintain a list of people they will be SMSing. For example, the owner of a restaurant can have his list of staff, and send a message to all of them at once regarding a staff meeting. The bulk message system is already in place all that needs to be built is: 1) The page to add new contacts 2) The page to view the current contacts 3) The page to compose the message (just a simple text area will suffice) You will be working via TS on my server in Vancouver, Canada and you will have access to all of the source code. It should take no more than 3 days to complete. The winning bidder will have a record of integrity, good communication skills, and be able to make "common sense" decisions relating to the user interface. They will also be able to test their code to make sure it will run as expected. The ideal candidate will also be able to complete multiple updates and projects over the next 3 months on the same code base, each through a separate RAC bid (or as arranged). We are looking for someone (or a small group) and can provide consistently reasonable prices for this work, so that we can establish a solid, consistent working relationship.
