This buying must give us, granted and guaranteed by seller, full ownership and copyright of a true copy of sellers Solution, incl all source. In you Solution these minimum functionalities must work to be of interest for us: - Users create a Profile defining their WhatWhere, and where preferably users LookingForWhatWhere is defined in SubProfile(s). - Communication methodic inside the portal between users. - Browse and Search for users to find potential contra parts (relevant other users). - Auto Analyze and Notification to users about "You might be interested in taking contact with user...." - DashBoard for users to see and manage their activities. F) Is Browse and Search doable both and simultaneously on more then one criteria (like Geo+Type, or Geo+Type+Preferences)?
