C#: Financial Planning software

Hi, I am looking for an expert C#/ASP.Net programmer/developer who can work on a freelance basis and should be able to completely deliver the software solution required. This project is basically creating a complete financial planning software which is currently in one Excel/VBA file. The business analysis of the project is already done and the code is already written in VBA. One just needs to conver that into excellent GUI forms along with converting the VBA code to object oriented format. We already have a good security mechanism which can be integrated later in order to protect the software from copying. Reply with your quotes for more details.
