Web Based Messenger System

We add new features and functions to an in house web application on a regular basis.? We want to add a? web based type instant messenger to this application.? The instant messenger would appear on the side menu of the the applicaiton after a user has logged into the site and allow them to see what other users are logged on and elect to chat with other logged in users. The user can then can then create buddy lists, or ignore lists or choose to accept chats from folks and act very similur to AIM or? ? MSN Instant Messenger but be web based. ? The app developer would have to be very fluent in C#, .NET Visual Studio .NET JavaScript, Java, SQL 2000, and Visual Source Safe. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
