asp.net uploader

My website is already build in php and mysql. I want a bulk video and mp3 uploader with advertisement places for my music and video portal members only. Users will download application >> install >> enter there login details should authenticate from our existing user table. Now a drop down for user to select upload type: Mp3 Video If mp3 is selected user just have to browse single or multiple file and click upload user can queue the uploads. If video select user have to browse any video format and click upload this is the critical part of the project files will be converted in to flv on fly and thumbnail and video details will be extracted and will save in our exisitng tables. **This conversion and thumbnail extraction functionality has been already on our website through ffmpeg if you can embed the same form to make this work then you are allowed to do this.** User can queue muliple videos. I want this application in asp.net/mysql. I have a dedicated linux centos. APPLICATION SHOULD BE MANAGABLE THROUGH WEB INTERFACE AND I WANNA SEE THE STATS ABOUT HOW MANY INSTALLS/UNINSTALLS etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows,mac,( linux?)
