csv test file imported into mdb

I have a txt file which has about 1500 email addresses in it. Each address is separated by comma although we need to be able to define the separator as comma (,) or semi-colon (;) I need an exe built which allows me to browse for a txt file - the program creates an mdb file which has the following structure ID: Automumber (primary key) Email address: FirstName Surname Name Emaila address is taken out of the file. if the email address has a dot in it ie for eg [login to view URL] at -domain appends Jack to Firstname and Frost to surname (first letter capitalised please) - if it hasnt got a dot for instance jfrost at domain then doesnt append any data to FirstName or Surname but put the jfrost in Name field. User must ask where mdb file is to be saved ie browse location. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform exe needs to be built in VB and compiled please. I need the source code too please. Output to Microsoft Access File (MDB)
