Create Database for Training records/Student data

I would like a database that could run stand alone or ideally in connection with MOODLE ([login to view URL]) to compile all training records and details. This is for a first aid and health and safety training organisation and we need to be able to do the following: 1. Log booking times/dates and course start dates so we can run reports to see times in between 2. Look at the number of courses run between a particular time for a given location 3. Look at pass rates with a selected factor or number of factors involved. 4. Log all students details, renewal dates etc 5. Run various reports in PDF/excel exportable formats. This will be the business platform to record all information, we would like to allow company representatives to view the reporting section to view students booked under their company i.e. they would have a login. Please email if you want clarification of any point. This would be hosted online and could work in ideally MySQL or Access? This is required asap, please provide working examples of previous work.
