A very basic blog saved on file

I need a very, very, super duper basic script on a "blog" that saves and reads the content to and from plain text files. The code should be as basic and simple as possible (!!) and also have comments that explain what each function etc is doing. See it almost like a tutorial for a newbie in PHP. The following should be included: - One page (ex “[login to view URL]”) where you write the actual blog post in a simple form. The form should have a field for title, a date and a textfield for the actual blog post. - All submitted forms should be stored on file (csv or txt), NOT database. - The latest form submitted (aka blog post) should be displayed for visitors on a page, like a normal blog feed (for example [login to view URL]). The latest blogs should always be displayed first, followed by the older entries. Feel free to contact me for more information!
