Develop an tv card tuner activex controller embedded in a html page to control/manage/display video streams (inside a html page) via Windows BDA (BroadCast Driver Architecture).
A chinese (Beijing) company called Geniatech have in their portfolio this product GeniaTech PCI-Express Hybrid Card (SBTVD+Analog+FM) that also receives Brazillian Digital Terrestrial (ISDB-Tb).
This product already have an OEM software version provided by ArcSoft Total Media Software product version 3.5 which is included (delivered) within the tv tuner card package.
We (Samurai Special Projects) have been developed a good sales and product relationship with Geniatech and if the coder want this job, see our requirements below:
1. The Coder/Seller must have a PCI-E x1 slot Desktop PC with a Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 or Windows XP SP2 or later.
2. We will talk to Geniatech to send a unit of this tv card product to your address. Geniatech will send you a TV Card along with the BDA and IR drivers for Windows Vista software to install and set-up procedures to the TV Tuner Card.
3. For the first initial phase (A) development, we want to display a video stream (inside the html page setting object width and height properties and setting a frequency (RF) via HTML page (through a method the ActiveX Embedded) to the tv card tuner through BDA architecture.
4. Next phase (B) development, we want to Identify all chanells (frequencies) which is available and identify the EPG data for the channels identification and frequency.
5. Next phase (C) save the video stream to the hard disk via a Record Button while is displaying the video stream on the html page (like a timeshifting feature - equal as LG LCD TV Time Machine feature.)
6. Next phase (D) development is to be defined. Like identify the EPG data and display it through html elements; Recording Sessions; ...
Any support on BDA, IR drivers will be provided by Geniatech.
