Anti-Trojan Scanner

We are a group of investors looking to contract a small group or individual to design and developed a full featured Trojan Scanner for Windows. The market is full of Anti-virus software but very little anti-Trojan software. And the software that is out there does not work well. This software will be updated daily via our servers to receive new Trojan definitions and product updates. For a great example of this please check into Symantec's Live update feature. This software will also be designed to not only scan hard drives for known Trojans but also be able to scan memory for running Trojans and all files, mail and so on as they come into the known system. REQUIRED: We are not looking for coders who are just starting out or coders that have never done anything like this before. We are ONLY looking for coders who have done anti-virus or Trojan type of coding before for this project. All other bids will be ignored. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Must run on Windows 2000 and XP Home or Pro. Not concered with Windows 98 or ME users. Program can be done within C++ or Visual Basic.
