Bitmap to PNG C++

The main goal of the project is to improve an existing C++ Win32 ([login to view URL], PNGImage.h) Class to convert 24 bits image to 8 bits PNG bits image byte array applying dithering process. The existing class correctly manages the creation of 24 bits PNG image. About the dithering process like the compression level the dithering level can be selected (a value between 0 and 8). ## Deliverables Use LibPNG , Win32, C++ , Visual Studio 2008
