all HD Extreme video capture boards from Blackmagic design feature a small app called livekey that outputs a fill video signal on one SDI output and a key video signal on the other SDI output.

I need a similar app with the following capabilities:

select internal/ external key

select key over /under main image

play/pause/reset targa RGBA image sequence

play/pause/reset avi 32 bit RGBA video

play/pause/reset QT 32 bit video with alpha

load a sequence of video clips to be played on demand

all of this for SD NTSC 720x486 29.97 fps only

there a free SDK for the boards at the Blackmagic site

## Deliverables

the interface does not have to be great, it just needs to work and be reliable

to help development I cantest the compiled code on my decklink instalation as many times as needed, unless the developer happens to have a decklink extreme board
