Building custom blogging website(repost)

Duties of the provider or Bidder(s) as follows: To build a custom blogging website that have at least 3 different home page designs, that give the webmaster full control to change the home page and its color at anytime, add other pages to the default pages on the home page and or ability to change the domain name at any time. Some database, scripting and or coding are required. The site will also have some frames to place online Ads. Buyer will provide sample wire frame to successful bidder and part of a custom built home page that requires fixing by the bidder and more details. The cost for the project is $450, with a $100 bonus. Bonus apply only if job is completed within 15 days. Bidder must have working experience with Wordpress. Coder provider shall not embed any of his or 3rd party hidden code, script or other software into buyer product(s). Provider will built the product to work on both 32 bit , 64 bit server for windows and linux server. Buyer reserved the rights to add or make any changes to the job at any time when necessary without notice. ## Deliverables A quiz section is also apply to the site, but the webmaster has the option to choose which home page to make it as a default or not, the site would also display the amount of users on line ect.
