I am the Director of IT working in the health industry. Currently we are looking for someone who can enhance or add features to the Calendar in Outlook 2002 or maybe create a Calendar/Bulletin board application. The application should work the same as the Calendar in Outlook 2002 but with a few extra features. The extra features that we are looking for are: Note: Attached files = Take an existing saved Word/Excel document and "drag & drop" it onto a specific calendar date. 1. Be able to attach a Word or Excel file into a specific date on the Calendar and also be able to view them. Currently Outlook lets you attach files into a specific date in the Calendar, but you can only view a Maximum of 9 to 17 attached files depending on your screen resolution. 2. Be able to add "Specific Icons" into the Calendar, these icons would help represent appointments and files attached to a specific date just like the Color Labels. Within this same date there may be multiple icons associated with various documents; viewable on the "7 day/week view" within Outlook 2002. The concept is that of a "Bulletin Board View".
