Hi,

We need a casino game application, with at least 5 games to start, which will be run on a small LAN. The proposal consists of two parts: the actual games and a controller.

Games.

Each game must be capable of accepting customization parameters, retaining statistics, notifying of specific events and exposing information on request, independently of and invisible to the end user. Other than the I/O described, each game will run stand-alone on the PC.

At least 5 games with high-quality graphics must be provided including 12-line Poker, Blackjack and 3 variations of Slots with multiple winning lines.

Parameters

--Winning Rate: must be applied to "paid in" only (not including "free credits").

--Maximum bet

--Locking out buttons to enter or change parameters

Statistics / counters

--Paid In, Free Credits, Paid Out, daily and cumulative

Controller.

The controller application must be able to initialize, issue credit (paid in and free credits), audit and control game activity, as well as perform accounting, tracking and verification functions. The controller may be any workstation on the LAN and must provide safe and secure access. The controller must be able to send and receive information to/from a workstation and must be able to lock it or reboot it if required. The controller must backup each workstation's games regularly.

General.

o You may bid on both or at least the "games" part of the project (The controller is optional).

o Deliverables should include specification and documentation.
