Contextual ad client

We need a contextual popup client that will popup a website based on if a page contains a keyword or if the domain name matches our online database. We have a central database that contains keywords and URL/domains our advertisers wants to target with their pop ups. When a visitor opens a website the client software should verify the content of the page against this database and if it matches it should open a pop up of variable size. It is important that this system isn’t detected as a virus or spyware, at least initially. It must also not be stopped by firewalls ??" people will accept this software as a bundle to other programs. After they accepted the install they shouldn’t have to be bothered about it again. The pop ups should also not be able to stop using e.g. pop up blockers. It should be possible to uninstall this software through add/remove programs in the control panel. We need to be able to count every installation and uninstallation of the software ??" each unique version of this client should have an affiliate ID. A pop up may also be opened if the client is from a specific country, so we need to collect the users IP. **To summarize the features: **- pop up a URL of variable size based on keywords on a website visit or the domain name - be able to limit the amount of pop ups to X per day (changable) - be able to set a time limit from installation to the first pop up - be able to set a time limit between each pop up (changable) - not be detected by pop up blockers, anti-spyware or anti-virus - easy uninstallation through add/remove programs - send install/uninstall stats to our server - send user IP to our server The client must be programmed in C++ and be of small size ~50K. It’s important that it is efficient so it doesn’t accept the speed of loading websites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
